Testing, Assessment and Feedback
Cumulative assessment through major tests
Major tests take place once every two months, on the pattern of the expected JEE. Students and parents then receive a detailed Performance Report showing the student's level of understanding of all topics covered so far.
Feedback mechanism
Students give feedback on systems and teachers week by week. Manthan uses it to decide the best methodology for cracking a top rank.
